Right of withdrawal
This page applies to purchases of full access in the service and explains your right of withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal
On a distance purchase of digital content you as a consumer have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded. You do not have to give a reason.
The important exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, if you have expressly consented to supply beginning at once and at the same time acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Because Medborgarklar gives access to the whole material immediately after purchase, at checkout you will meet a mandatory box that is not pre-ticked, worded roughly like this:
I request that access to the content begins immediately and I understand that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied in full.
If you tick the box, your access starts immediately and the right of withdrawal ends once the content has been supplied. If you do not tick it, access starts after the 14-day withdrawal period has run out. We record the time of your consent and provide it to you on request.
How to withdraw from a purchase
Send a clear statement to hej@medborgarklar.com. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt without delay and refund the amount using the same means of payment you used, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice.
